STAR surveys re-commissioned

HousemarkSTARMarketing Means are delighted to have been re-commissioned to conduct two STAR surveys by telephone with tenants and homeowners in Spring/Summer 2016.

This type of survey is conducted for registered social landlords.  The approach is based on a recommended approach covered within Housemark’s STAR survey guidance.

Both Orbit Housing and Waterloo Housing Group have commissioned Marketing Means to conduct their STAR surveys in 2016 as telephone surveys.   In both cases, this follows on from our also successfully completing the corresponding surveys by telephone in 2015.

For Waterloo Housing, we have conducted 1,500 interviews in each year.  In the case of Orbit Housing, this is the third consecutive year of conducting this survey for them.  Nearly 3,000 Orbit residents have taken part in each of waves to date.

To maximise the response rate, our telephone interviewing team offer calls back at times to best suit the circumstances of individual respondents.  To help ensure that no-one is excluded due to a language barrier, we are also able to offer translation services in any community language via one of our approved commercial suppliers.
