Telephone Unit Manager

Amanda joined the company in 2015 as an interviewer with the Telephone Fieldwork Team.  She progressed to a Supervisor within the Telephone Unit and from there took on the role of Telephone Unit Manager in 2017.

Amanda contributes from a background in Social Science and previous related management experience.  Her current role is focused particularly on quality control, the ongoing training of telephone interviewers and ensuring the quality and standards of all aspects of telephone interviewer best practice.  Amanda also works closely with Project Managers to assist the research process, e.g. questionnaire design, survey implementation, monitoring project progress and meeting deadlines.

Amanda is responsible for telephone interviewer training.  She manages Marketing Means’ MRS-Accredited Interviewer Training Scheme.  She also manages the monitoring of call quality, to assess and improve all aspects of our telephone survey work.
