Professional standards to assure you of quality research

At Marketing Means, we work with industry bodies and are registered for key quality standards, to assure you of high quality survey planning, data collection and analysis. Our compliance with professional standards includes:

  • Company Partner membership of The Market Research Society (MRS). The MRS is the world’s largest trade association for the research sector. As an accredited Company Partner, we abide by its Code of Conduct and commit to the highest standards of research. Our training programme has also been accredited by MRS as a Telephone Interviewer Training Centre.  Our telephone interviewers can work towards the MRS Certificate in Interview Skills – an NVQ qualification.
  • ISO 9001:2008  Our quality system has been approved and registered for ISO9001.  We are constantly monitoring and developing our quality systems, to ensure that these fundamental aspects of quality management are adhered to across all of our survey work.
  • ISO 20252:2012. Marketing Means achieved registration for ISO20252 in 2014 for the first time.  This is a quality standard designed specifically for market research agencies, and sets out requirements relevant to our industry.  We are very proud to have achieved this professional standards registration, and thank all of our staff for their hard work and attention to quality.
