Telephone Unit Manager

Gina joined Marketing Means in 2009 as a data processing operator, and soon joined out telephone fieldwork team as an interviewer.  Since then, Gina has progressed to a senior interviewer role, and has worked as supervisor since 2012 before recently taking on the role of Telephone Unit Manager.  Gina brings her valauble experience to bear in managing all aspects of planning resources, training staff, and quality management for our telephone survey work.

Gina provides input to the research process from sample set-up to panel management, fieldwork, and data delivery.  She makes sure that we meet the tight deadlines often set by our clients.

Gina is responsible for telephone interviewer training.  She manages Marketing Means’ MRS-Accredited Interviewer Training Scheme.  She also manages the monitoring of call quality, to assess and improve all aspects of our telephone survey work.
