Marketing Means is a friendly and hard-working team of researchers. We’re all dedicated to giving you the best quality information. Each member of the team has different skills and experience. This means we can fulfil a wide range of needs, from data collection or questionnaire design to a full beginning-to-end service with analysis and reporting.

Our Data Collection team

Our skilled data collection team is managed by Gina Shaw, our Telephone Unit Manager. The team includes 20 telephone interviewers who work from our in-house call centre. For face-to-face fieldwork we also use a panel of more than 200 face-to-face interviewers based around the UK provided by LG Personnel.  Marketing Means is also a Market Research Society (MRS) accredited interviewer training centre.   All of our interviewers are trained to a high standard, and many have been trained to work on specialist and sensitive projects.

Our researchers and fieldwork teams are also supported by Peter Booth, Finance & Office Manager, Julian Day, IT Manager, Karen White, Admin Assistant and Receptionist, and our telephone unit supervisors Amanda Merrington and Rob Eastment.
