Superfast Cornwall – Latest evaluation published as Marketing Means’ fieldwork continues

Marketing Means has been conducting telephone survey fieldwork with Cornish residents and businesses since September 2012 on behalf of Superfast Cornwall.

The latest evaluation report, including analysis of our survey results in relation to the impact that superfast broadband has made to people and businesses in Cornwall,  has  just been published by Superfast Cornwall.  We’re delighted to see that Communications Minister Ed Vaizey has also highlighted the vital role that superfast broadband can play in boosting the Cornish economy, based on analysis of the survey findings.

Further details can be found at Superfast Cornwall’s news pages (follow this link to the article: Minister Highlights Importance of Superfast Broadband).

The latest evaluation report can be accessed here, and has been prepared by Serio with Buckman Associates.

The role that the research programme plays in evaluating the success of Superfast Cornwall’s work has also been well summarised in the Spring 2014 edition of the Evaluator, the official publication of the UK Evaluation Society (Superfast Cornwall: Evaluating the impact of the roll-out of Next Generation Broadband on British SMEs).
