Premier League football comes to Marketing Means

football Marketing Means has recently completed a fans’ survey for one of England’s leading Barclays Premier League football teams.

This online survey drew responses from over 14,000 football fans in more than 150 different countries.

Online survey software allowed the fans to conduct the survey in any one of seven languages of their choice to ensure that as many as possible would have the chance to take part on their own language, expressing their views in a way in which they felt comfortable.

Our report has highlighted ways in which the football club can listen to its fans and build their loyalty, in what is an ever-expanding global market.  Like any other business, football customers’ satisfaction is key, and customers’ wishes are always changing.  One thing’s for certain though; what those fans want most of all will be three points next Saturday!
